A Friend of mine preferred Castle Falkenstein  Steampunk RPG, because of its familiar character statistics to other D&D OGL type games.
 I modified some character sheets for her personal use and among her Steampunk gaming circle. Victorian science fiction meets King Arthur is more the flavor of this game, specially with its emphasis on human fey interaction.
